We needed a moderate swing tune that featured most of the writing in pairs and some full section sounds as well. I prefer the flugel over the trumpet sound but both work well. If you’re looking for an easy, laid back, swing chart this would work. Section A can be repeated to give your players a chance to stretch out. Keep repeating the A section and then jump to E to close it out. That’s how we’ll play it. Intro, A, B, C, D, E, back to A and repeat, then go to E and finish.
